Aurum Developers, Pune is a premium yet cost effective real estate development company established in 2007. It has successfully developed two lakh sq.ft. in real estate over the last five years in association with other groups in Pune.

Some of our successfully completed residential projects are "Platina Phase I & Phase II", at Wakad, Pune, "Bloom Tree", at Balewadi, Pune. Our finished commercial projects include "Aurum Avenue" at Baner, Pune. On the finishing stage is "Aurum Elementto", at Lohegaon, Pune and "Allure", at Baner, Pune. We are currently developing another three lakh sq.ft. of residential projects in Pune & Bangalore.

Madan Thombre is Science graduate with 13 years of working experience in real estate with renowned construction groups brings to the table hardworking capabilities, vision & ability to achieve any milestone in life. His philosophy is one line, "I will do it and do it well!" Madan Thombre has led the company from the front completing five projects and launching new ones from Pune to Bangalore.

Vaishali Thombre - Director

Mrs. Vaishali Thombre is an Art graduate, who lends her exquisite touch to the organization, especially in the people management department. She also ably supports her better half in all other verticals of the business.
